San Diego

I was lucky to enjoy a wonderful vacation with my boyfriend for the holidays in San Diego, California to visit family. We arrived at our destination by flight and had a nice casual dinner and enjoyed time with our loved ones. We woke up before sunrise to catch a view of the morning sky as the sun rose. We found ourselves on a nearby beach. It was a brisk but comfortable morning, and the air was quiet and peaceful. There was a slight breeze as we listened to the sound of the ocean waves crash. Grounded to the earth I could feel the sand between my toes and cool saltwater waves to washing it off with every pass. As we stood there, we indulged in the pleasure of the beach sounds and waited for the sun to come up. I was very excited to find this neat looking rock which was an added bonus. As the day grew brighter, the clouds in the sky became more pronounced and the beach took on a calmingly eerie feel. We went for a coffee and donuts after our walk, and I tried this tasty vegan donut. It was truly a beautiful moment to remember with someone I love.
