Central Park

I had the pleasure of visiting New York City, New York for a weekend. I enjoyed lots of good food, good views, and made good memories. Of course, I had to visit Central Park for a morning run. The temperature was that of a mild spring day. The air was just right, not too cool, not too hot, and had just the right amount of breeze. The breeze ran through my ponytail and the air on my face was just what I needed. I took some relaxing laps around the park. There was a large crowd of people doing the same thing, enjoying their Sunday and getting some fresh air. No need to rush the run, just there to jog the jog. Post run a cup of coffee was much needed. After a hot shower I was feeling refreshed and ready to move some more. We wrapped the day up with exploring the streets of Manhattan. I truly love visiting the city, it never disappoints.
